On Monday, police released a surveillance photo of a man who allegedly attacked another woman in front of the same bar on Feb. 7. The incident occurred at about 2:10 a.m. The victim, 27, told police she was standing outside the bar at 7358 Frankford Ave. when she witnessed other people engaged in a fight. As she walked to her car, she said, a man approached her and punched her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground unconscious. She struck her face on the pavement and suffered facial fractures and cuts. She was taken to Aria Health’s Torresdale campus, treated and released.

Police described the suspect as black, in his late 20s, with a beard, a black winter cap and gray sweatpants. Call 215–686–3153 to report information. ••
